Terms and Conditions for Helicopter Portion of package
- Helicopters are first-come, first-serve, and pricing is based on availability and scheduling.
- All flights are always subject to weather conditions, number of passengers, and passenger weights for safety purposes.
- The round-trip Helicopter Charter Flight to the US Open from NYC will depart from (6N5) East 34th Street Heliport and fly to (KLGA) LaGuardia, NY round trip returning before 7pm.
- Returning after-hours additional fees may apply, and returning flights after 8pm would arrive into the New York City West Heliport.
- Pricing includes up to 5 hours on the ground, additional hours on the ground may increase the cost per flight.
- Additional fees will apply for clients that wish to book an alternative helicopter such as a Bell 407, Bell 430, or Sikorsky S76.
- Ground transportation is not included in the pricing.
