It’s one of 4 airliners from the Airbus A320 family, which also includes the 318, 319, 321, and ACJ business jet. There are two current production models – the A320-100 and A320-200 – with only 21 A320-100s produced before upgrading the model with wingtip fences and increased fuel capacity for increased range.

Aircraft Details
The first model in the Airbus A320 family debuted in the spring of 1984, and entered service in the spring of 1988. Several models have been released in addition to the original 320, including the A321 (1994), the A319 (1996), and the A318 (2003).
Airbus’s 320 series was an aviation pioneer, the first to use digital fly-by-wire flight control systems and side-stick controls in commercial aircraft. Offering a superior track record of performance and reliability, this VIP airliner is an excellent choice for large groups, including sports teams, business groups, executives, VIP entourages, and other special events.
Up to 150 passengers can travel in an A320, although several cabin configurations are available across all of the variants. Some feature VIP/executive layouts with luxurious furnishing and plush, comfortable interiors.
Numerous improvements over the years have kept the Airbus 320 family at the top of the aviation world. Assembly takes place at factories in Toulouse, France, and Hamburg, Germany; there’s also a factory in Tianjin, China that produces aircraft for Chinese airlines; there’s also an assembly facility in Mobile, Alabama, which puts the final touches on the A321.
